Shipping policy
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
What it costs. Flat rate shipping is $9.99 on orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more ship free. Your rate is shown at checkout before you pay, and there are no customs or import charges waiting at the door.
How long it takes. We stock two kinds of product, and they move at different speeds. We would rather tell you this up front than have you find out from a tracking page.
- Most items ship from a US warehouse. We process the order within 1-2 business days, and it arrives within 3-7 business days after that.
- A small number of specialist items ship direct from the manufacturer overseas. These take longer — usually 10-20 business days in total. Every product page for one of these items says so in plain English, above the buy button, before you pay.
Orders containing both. If you order a US-stocked item and an overseas item together, they arrive in separate parcels at different times. You are not charged twice for shipping.
Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Overseas items can sit without a tracking update for several days in transit; this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Larger items. Nets, cages, hitting mats and putting greens are bulky and can take a little longer than the times above.
If something is late. If your order has not arrived within the window shown on the product page, email us at support@reloadgolf.shop and we will chase it. If it cannot be found, we replace it or refund you.
